Our Approach
We aim to originate most of the deals we invest in. We work to identify great businesses that are at an inflection point, in which a transition in ownership and management maximizes long-term enterprise value.
Through our relationships with leading intermediaries in the lower-middle market, as well as our strategic collaborations with operators, we proactively create great opportunities for ourselves to invest in.
